Today is the birthday of a close friend and colleague who passed away suddenly last year. He had only be married 3 months to another good friend and colleague.
I think of him fondly and often and I hope to always do so.

I was fortunate to raise a glass with his wife and their bridesmaid. We went out for Sushi, his favorite.
And yes, memories provide me with a lot of strength.
