Great news indeed. Someone made an offer on our house and we accepted. List price no less!
This means one less thing to stress about over the next few weeks; we don't have to de-kid the house every morning and make it spotless; we can put the kiddie gates up again; and we don't have to have a crazy action plan for the weekend - the girls can nap!
Now if only I felt better so I could celebrate ...

But I am glad for you that it happened quickly and that will certainly lessen the stress. Lance's excellent staging probably had a lot to do with it! :-)
