Christmas Day

Santa finally arrived, and considering I neglected to leave out the traditional offering of port and shortbread (Couper tradition), he certainly left a lot of loot. Imagine what he'll have to bring when Kara actually knows he exists!

The before shot.

This is Kara realizing there were presents in the room (dad had to tell her that she had presents after ~3 mins - she was more fascinated by the fake electric fire we rarely have on). She graciously gave the first present to Sophie!

Kara's favorite present, from Ms. Luci at daycare. None of her 3 other babies have names (they are all called "baby") but she gave this one a name .... it's "special baby". Oh, and it's one of those babies that makes various noises, grrrrrr.

And "special baby" went everywhere with us today.

Sophie was pretty happy with her jungle animal finger puppets, from Nanna J and Poppa Max.

The girls enjoying their day.

The National Christmas Tree and trains on the Elipse.

The verdict .... it was a happy, happy day!

Hi Fi,

Hope you had a merry christmas. I'm off to do a full days work tomorrow! First since the boys were born. I've only managed to express 10 ml of milk so far today! Oh well they can have yoghurt instead!
Hugs
