Menu

Forgot to detail the Tea-Party menu:
  • Mini cupcakes (zucchini bread mixture) with colored cream cheese frosting and a chocolate drop on top
  • Fruit kebabs (so easy and were gone in a flash ... despite my insistence on manners! ... grapes, pear, mandarin, kiwi fruit)
  • Humus, carrots and cucumber in colored Martini glasses
  • Pita bread cut out of little Christmassy cookie cutters
  • Itty-bitty tea sandwiches: avocado and carrot; pink cream cheese and cucumber; ham and cheese; PB&J
  • Yogurt-fruit smoothies ... poured from a tea-pot of course
OK, that's gotta be the healthiest Tea-Party ever. I didn't plan it to be so healthy but this was done last minute and it's what I had in the fridge. I will definitely do this regularly as it really was easy to do and set up.

I love the concept of making it fancy based on what you have in the fridge. Genius !
