I asked my dad if he had any photos he could scan/send to me from when I was a wee tot. I was interested to see if my girls looked even remotely similar to me. There were some hilarious ones of me when I was 4 (Kara's current age) and I have to say NO, they look nothing like me at that age! (I'll post these photos another day).
But there was one that made me melt on the spot. It's such a beautiful photo of my Nana Pat holding me when I was maybe 10 months old ... and it took me back to all the wonderful years I had as a child, and all the glorious times I spent with both sets of grandparents. And Sophie has the same truly happy smile that I see in this photo of me.
Now that I have teased you with this very young photo of me ... I just have to figure out how to attach it here on the blog ... sorry!
