The menu

Semi ambitious cooking day (for me at least).

On the menu is:
Turkey breast with a fruit & nut dressing
Mushroom, tofu, cheese and spinach strudel (for the vegetarians)
Garlic mashed sweet potatoes (with apple)
Mac & Cheese with caramelized shallots (using goat cheese)
And maybe my broccoli salad with feta, currants, and I forget what else

Then:
Coconut, orange & chocolate macaroons
Key lime pie (I have made these in the past, but Jason just bought a HUGE one for us all - yeah).

I haven't had a cooking day like ths for sooooo long (probably since Thanksgiving Day 2 years ago with my folks), so I'm looking forward to it immensely.
